Made up of Alae clay and Hawaiian sea salt (fine grain), this beauty is sure to turn heads. This is a traditional salt used to heal, season and preserve. With a slightly tangy taste, it’s truly unique.

Experiment… think Poke bowls and kalua - basically any Hawaiian dishes will suit perfectly. If you’re into BBQ or roasting, this salt works amazingly in spice rubs, as it seals in the natural moisture of meats. It’s also great for curing and preserving. Use it’s spectacular colour to wow your guests by sprinkling around a white plate, or rimming your cocktail glasses.
