Experiment… try this with fish, poultry or roast veggies to add a meaty flavour to vegan dishes. It’s also amazing sprinkled over a cheese toastie!

Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
